MyAccess is the University of Venda's official student self-service portal. Students use
their student number and PIN to access registration, academic results, fee statements, timetables, and other
administrative services at Univen (univen.ac.za).
Fill in the form above with your full name, Univen student number, South African ID number,
and email address. Click "Open in email app" — your mail app will open pre-filled to ictsupport@univen.ac.za.
Simply send the email and wait for a reply with your new PIN.
If your MyAccess account is blocked or locked after multiple failed login attempts, use the
form above to contact ICT Support. Mention that your account is blocked and ICT Support will unblock it and
issue a new PIN.
